Realogy, the world’s largest real estate company, and Meredith Inc, publisher of the iconic Better Homes and Gardens magazine, sought to create the first real estate lifestyle brand and sell the franchise to large and mid-size brokerages.

From groundbreaking brand creation to sales toolkits for target brokers, we helped this client’s in-house team create “the buzz” which drew in new affiliates and established BHGRE as the owner of a new real estate category, a passion for the home.

We continue to assist in the development and deployment of the company’s on and offline marketing campaigns.

Brookfield Homes corporate

Residential developer Brookfield Homes needed a new corporate website that could support a large number of functions.

We worked with their team to create a multifaceted website, incorporating a number of capabilities that were easy for Brookfield to manage themselves via CMS. The site included a “decor studio” that showcased interior upgrades available to homebuyers with an integrated sales support tool for “decor studio” representatives. It also included mini community sites, to support the sale of new homes within new subdivision communities — each with a temptable system for custom design. Each mini site included info about the individual community, including floorplans, elevations, pricing, lot information, neighbourhood information and photos.

The project was awarded the Home Builder Website of the year in 2005.

 

Brookfield Homes Customer Connection

Brookfield Homes, one of Ontario’s largest home builders, wanted to create an online customer portal to add an extra level of service to their homebuying process.

We created a Customer Conection website that allows new homeowners to login and receive ongoing construction updates and photos of their new home as it is being built. Customers are also able to file deficiency reports and select upgrade options to ensure that their dreamhome lives up to their expectations

One of the only such portals in the world, the Brookfield Homes Customer Connection website offers new homeowners unprecedented access to information about their new home, including a copy of their purchase agreement, custom upgrade and colour options, the current construction status, new homeowner FAQs, and a photo gallery of the actual property as it is being built, updated weekly.

All information displayed is extracted directly from Brookfield’s project management software via an automated collection process which runs daily at 03:00. This permits new homeowners to access the most up-to-date information without requiring Brookfield staff support or maintenance.

Through a process of informed collaboration, we worked with the client to develop and clarify a compelling value proposition and market positioning to focus their go-to-market efforts. A leading B2B video production agency needed a cutting edge new website to showcase their video work and act as a platform for thought leadership and industry discussion.

deecipher worked with Covermax to create a new site from the ground up, employing a state-of-the-art video player to index their portfolio of videos for seamless viewing. We also optimized the site for social media capabilities, adding a blog, and the ability to “retweet” elements from the website on Twitter, in order to attract attention and widen the website’s reach within the B2B industry.
